DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We send our parcels CO2-neutral with the Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).

• Worldwide: 19,90 €
  Free Shipping over 150 € in your shopping cart
• Switzerland: Please register at meineinkauf.ch. There you will get a german delivery address, to which we can send your order. Your delivery will be forwarded automatically by meineinkauf.ch to your address in Switzerland.
• Freight station for Austria & Germany: We also deliver to freight stations in Austria and Germany. Please insert your personal freight station delivery address at the check-out.

As soon as your parcel is ready, we will provide you a tracking number.
Normally you will receive your package within 1-2 business days if your delivery address is in Austria, 2-3 days if you are from Germany and up to one week to the rest of Europe.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you via E-mail your shipping documents and a tracking number. With this number, you can follow your parcel and have a closer look at the shipping status.

For the sake of the environment, we ship our boxes without any plastic and wrap your order well in recyclable material, so that everything will arrive in a perfect condition.

Even though we pack every box with care and love, it can happen that a parcel is damaged on its way of transport. In this case, please contact us via Mail and add some pictures of the damaged delivery, so that we can rectify that as soon as possible.

In order to save shipping costs or protect the environment, you can also collect your order at our office at Mariahilfer Straße 93 Stairs 2 Door 20, 1060 Vienna. You can place the order and select „Pick-up“ at the check-out in order to reserve your products and have them prepared when you come by during our opening hours (Mo-Do 10h-18h, Fr 10h-16h). Also if you are not sure about your favorite product yet it is maybe easier for you to decide in front of our product range.

Get off at the station Zieglergasse and take the exit Otto-Bauer-Gasse. After about 50m in the direction of Westbahnhof, turn left into house entrance number 93, between Miller Schreibwaren and Triumph. Then take the right staircase (staircase II) up to the 1st floor (mezzanine) and you will see our entrance door on the left. If you now ring our doorbell ANNA ANIQ, you have reached your destination.
